The survey revealed certain areas of improvements. These main improvement areas have been listed in a matrix, which gives an overview of not only where Fresenius Kabi is performing well but also areas, where improvement is needed as soon as possible. Depending on the level of importance versus the level of performance, four sections have been determined:

This graph identified on first sight the main issues for FK customers and made it easy to give recommendations as priority was implemented automatically.
The ambassadors were provided with regional summary differences. With these reports they were able to present not only the overall findings to the head of region, but also region and country specific differences. Based on these special outcomes distinctive strategies can be developed to exactly meet local requirements and expectations.
