4.4 Skills, Structure and Scorecard
The various elements of the two “S”, Skills and Structure, do not require detailed theoretical explanations. The theory of these elements is integrated into the respective sub-chapters in chapter 7 of the MTPRO KAM concept.
The scorecard of the MTPRO KAM concept is based on the well-known balanced scorecard from Kaplan/Norton, see figure 13. Chapter 7.3 will show a detailed MTPRO scorecard that takes into account all four perspectives.
